AIMeals Terms of Service

Welcome to AIMeals.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AIMeals mobile application and related services.

AIMeals is managed by the AIMeals Team.

By creating an account or using AIMeals, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use AIMeals.

1. About AIMeals

AIMeals is an AI-powered nutrition and meal-management application.

Depending on the features available in your version, AIMeals may provide:

Food-photo analysis
Ingredient-photo analysis
Nutrition estimation
Meal logging
Recipe generation
Meal planning
AI nutrition assistance
Water tracking
Allergy and dietary-restriction management
AI nutrition coaching

2. Eligibility

You must be legally permitted to use AIMeals under the laws applicable to you.

AIMeals is not specifically designed as a children's application.

3. AIMeals Accounts

Some AIMeals features require an account.

You are responsible for:

Providing accurate information
Maintaining the security of your account
Keeping login information confidential
Not improperly sharing your account
Not attempting to access another user's account

4. AI-Generated Information

AIMeals uses artificial intelligence to provide certain features.

AI-generated results may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for your particular circumstances.

You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated information before relying on it.

5. Nutrition and Health Disclaimer

AIMeals provides general nutrition and meal-management assistance.

AIMeals is not a medical service and is not intended to:

Diagnose medical conditions
Treat diseases
Prevent diseases
Replace medical professionals
Replace a registered dietitian
Replace a qualified nutritionist
Provide emergency medical advice

Nutrition estimates generated from food photographs are estimates and may differ from actual nutritional values.

If you have a medical condition, food allergy, medically prescribed diet, eating disorder, or other health concern, consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.

6. Allergies and Dietary Restrictions

AIMeals may use information about allergies and dietary restrictions to personalize relevant features.

AIMeals cannot guarantee that an AI-generated recipe or recommendation is safe for an individual allergy or medically required diet.

Always independently verify ingredients, labels, preparation methods, and potential cross-contamination risks.

7. AI Credits

AIMeals uses credits for certain AI-powered features.

Credit amounts and feature costs may vary according to the applicable AIMeals plan.

8. Rewarded Advertisements and Free Credits

AIMeals may provide optional rewarded advertisements that allow users to earn additional AI credits.

When available, a user may voluntarily choose to watch a rewarded advertisement when their AI-credit balance is low.

Reward

One completed rewarded advertisement = 5 AIMeals AI credits.

AIMeals credits:

Have no cash value
Cannot be withdrawn as money
Cannot be exchanged for cryptocurrency
Cannot be transferred to another user
Cannot be sold
Can only be used within AIMeals for eligible functionality

Watching a rewarded advertisement is optional. Users are not required to watch advertisements to continue using AIMeals.

9. Free, Plus, and Pro Plans

AIMeals is designed to provide Free, Plus, and Pro service tiers.

Features, AI credits, limits, and other benefits may vary between plans.

Paid subscription processing may be provided through Google Play and a subscription-management service such as RevenueCat when enabled.

10. User Content

You may provide food photographs, ingredient photographs, meal information, recipes, meal plans, feedback, reports, and other information through AIMeals.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to provide content you upload or submit.

11. Prohibited Use

Use AIMeals for unlawful purposes
Attempt unauthorized access to AIMeals systems
Attempt to circumvent security mechanisms
Abuse AI credits
Create accounts solely to exploit free credits
Use automated methods to abuse the service
Attempt to disrupt the service
Upload malicious content
Attempt to access another user's information

12. Service Availability

We try to keep AIMeals available and functional, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

13. Changes to AIMeals

We may modify, add, suspend, or remove features from AIMeals.

14. Account Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary, including where these Terms are violated, fraud or abuse is detected, security is threatened, or required by law.

15. Intellectual Property

AIMeals, including its software, branding, logos, design, and original content, is owned by or licensed to the AIMeals Team unless otherwise stated.

16. Privacy

Your use of AIMeals is also governed by our Privacy Policy .

17. Account and Data Deletion

You may delete your AIMeals account through the application's account-deletion functionality.

18. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AIMeals is provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis.

We do not guarantee that AI results, nutrition estimates, recipes, meal plans, food identification, or other AI-generated information will always be accurate.

19. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AIMeals and the AIMeals Team will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar losses arising from your use of the service, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

20. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.
